LEARN ALL OF THE FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS NEEDED TO SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY PERFORM CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS
You will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts.
The SHCF Introductory consultation is your point of entry to the regular group classes. Whether you’ve been doing CrossFit for years or this is your first time, we recommend everyone going through a free introductory session. During your intro session you will meet with one of our trainers to discuss your goals, learn what our program is all about, discuss expectations and what sets us apart from other gyms in the area. Immediately afterward we will take you through a series of tests and movement screenings to determine your current physical ability, flexibility, movement patterns, and any limitations that you might have and how to correct them. Based on how you score, your trainer will make a recommendation on how many private training session they believe it will take to have you ready for a safe and smooth transition in to the group classes. The introductory sessions are one-on-one but can also be completed with a partner if you have someone you would like to take them with.
